Capital Sports Construction, Inc. was founded in 2020 by Steven and Laila Tippens, building on nearly 20 years of experience in the synthetic turf industry through their sister company, Everclear Grading. Their vision was clear: create a company dedicated exclusively to the evolving needs of athletic facility construction while delivering a true red-carpet experience for every client. What began as a focused expansion has grown into a trusted partner for schools, municipalities, and sports programs across the region.
