Our Scope of Work
Site Design & Engineering
The project began with detailed site planning aimed at transforming the existing grass field into a synthetic turf system. Our team evaluated existing field elevations, designed improved stormwater management pathways, and engineered a stable foundation to support long-term performance. The design ensured proper field slope for drainage and seamless integration with surrounding infrastructure.
Site Construction
Our construction team removed the natural grass surface and prepared the site for the new field system. This phase included:
- Precision grading to establish correct field elevations
- Installation of a compacted aggregate base engineered for drainage
- Construction of perimeter and underfield drainage components
- Preparation of a stable sub-base optimized for synthetic turf
Each step followed best practices in athletic facility construction, ensuring structural integrity and reliable field performance.
Synthetic Turf Installation
The new turf field was built using a modern synthetic turf installation system designed for high-intensity school athletics. Key features included:
- A high-quality monofilament turf surface for consistent play
- Performance infill engineered for shock absorption and traction
- Seam and line installation tailored to football field standards
- A drainage-optimized base allowing rapid water removal
The result is a safe, durable field that maintains uniform performance regardless of weather conditions.
