- Reduce long-term maintenance costs and upkeep demands
Our Scope of Work
Site Design and Engineering
Our team assessed existing soft-surface areas, soil conditions, and drainage needs to design a stable, even base suitable for landscape synthetic turf. Grading and sub-base specifications were planned to support water runoff, ensure surface integrity, and provide a flat, safe play environment for students.
Site Construction
Construction involved removal of existing natural turf or surface materials in targeted zones, grading for proper drainage and surface evenness, and installation of a compacted aggregate base. Under-surface drainage components were added where needed to prevent water pooling and ensure consistent surface performance.
Synthetic Turf Installation
We installed landscape-grade synthetic turf engineered for low-impact use, playground activity, and frequent foot traffic. Work included:
- Placement of turf with safe, even surface texture
- Infill selected for cushioning and impact absorption
- Seam and edge integration to ensure durability under frequent use
- Site cleanup and final surface inspection to guarantee safety and finish quality
The installed turf provides a consistent, flat surface ideal for recess, outdoor recreation, and non-sport campus use.
Project Highlights
- Delivered safe, usable outdoor recreational surfaces across campus
- Created low-maintenance, durable alternatives to worn natural turf
