Our Scope of Work

Site Design & Engineering

We began with evaluation of the existing field conditions — including subsurface materials, drainage (for the outdoor field), and indoor floor base — to ensure the new turf systems would be properly supported. Engineering plans accounted for base preparation, surface evenness, and long-term durability requirements.

Site Construction

For the outdoor field, work included removal of the existing turf, grading if needed, preparation of a new base if required, and verification of drainage systems to support heavy use under rain and weather. For the indoor field, we prepared the existing base to ensure smoothness, stability, and compatibility with the new turf surface.

Synthetic Turf Installation

On both fields, we installed high-performance synthetic turf systems tailored for soccer and recreational play. Process included:

• Laying turf engineered for optimal ball roll, player traction, and wear resistance
• Applying performance infill for cushioning, impact absorption, and long-term surface integrity
• Securing seams and edges to withstand high-volume use
