Our Scope of Work
Site Design & Engineering
Initial work involved assessment of the existing field layout, soil conditions, and drainage behavior to prepare for synthetic turf installation. The design identified grading needs and drainage infrastructure requirements to support heavy youth-sports use and ensure long-term surface performance.
Site Construction
Construction included removal of the existing natural surface, precise grading to set proper elevations and drainage slopes, and installation of a compacted aggregate base engineered for durability and runoff. We also installed underfield drainage components to allow for quick water removal and to maintain field integrity during wet weather.
Synthetic Turf Installation
A synthetic turf system tailored for youth baseball and softball was installed. Installation steps included:
- Placement of monofilament turf engineered for safe, consistent play and shock absorption
- Installation of performance infill to balance cushioning and surface firmness
- Secure seam and edgework to withstand frequent use and maintenance cycles
- Final layout and field markings appropriate for little-league dimensions
The finished field offers reliable performance, durability, and a safe surface under varying conditions.
