Our Scope of Work
Site Design and Engineering
CSC began by reviewing the stadium layout, field geometry, and drainage requirements. Engineering considerations included surface flow, water collection points, and structural needs for both the athletic field and the surrounding track corridor. Plans were developed to ensure that the sub-base could support high-traffic athletic use and withstand seasonal weather conditions.
Site Construction (Base Work)
Construction efforts focused on creating a durable, uniform foundation for the stadium’s athletic components. Work included:
- Excavation and shaping of the field and track footprint
- Precision grading to achieve correct elevations and drainage slopes
- Installation of engineered aggregate sub-base layers
- Compaction and preparation of the foundation to meet athletic surfacing standards
- Integration of drainage systems to manage water efficiently across the field and track area
This foundational work ensures the stadium’s athletic surfaces can perform consistently and safely over time.
